Refund and Returns Policy

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

If you have any queries, questions, or concerns, please get in touch via either our social media channel or email. You will be connected with our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you with any query or any return related concerns in a timely manner.   To get in touch via social media, please message us directly on our Instagram page: @DanielandAlves. To get in touch via email, please direct your messages to [email protected].   If you are getting in touch regarding a return/exchange, please include the following information in your message to ensure you get the help you need: 

1.Order number

2.Full name 

3.Delivery Address 

4.Item you wish to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange. 

5.If reporting damages/defects, 

Please ensure to include photographs, as we will be unable to process refunds without this   Our return policy allows you to make a return within 28 days of purchase. A refund or return will not be offered after this period.  Please allow for 14 days for processing returns to then you would be refunded to your original payment method.

Please see below for details of our full returns policy – and please remember not to remove any labels/barcodes or tags attached to the items or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.

Any item(s) can be returned for an exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:

The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging and the invoice enclosed from the original order

Items are not accepted with defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells, cigarette smoke etc.

Please note that we advise that ALL returned goods should be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked. If not, please ensure to use recorded delivery and add the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier. You are responsible for your own shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with customer services. Please note when sending your item, it must be in a sealed package with the return form.

If goods are not returned in original condition or are damaged for any reason and NOT DUE to manufacturer issue, you will not be eligible for refund.
